Book: Share a self-help book that meant a lot to you.
I consider this a self-help book. When I was deployed back in 2004 I spent many a night confused, flustered, and downright bewildered by life.
Luckily, I was sent this book from a friend and it really helped me focus my energy. It brought me back to the fundamentals. Although I wouldn't consider myself a true taoist, I know and appreciate the tao, the te, and the ching.
